  • At room temperature, fresh Petite Antoines can be enjoyed for a few days.

  • For longer storage, keep submerged in oil in a refrigerator or root cellar for several months.

Tasting Notes & Pairings

Flavour: Creamy, soft, and lightly tangy, with subtle richness from the sheep’s milk. Za’atar adds herbal and earthy accents for a slightly exotic twist.

Wine (recommended from our region):
Pairs beautifully with crisp whites such as Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc, which complement the fresh, tangy notes.

Craft Beer or Cider:
Light Pilsners or wheat beers work well with the creamy texture, while a dry cider enhances the mild tang.

Craft Beverage (Non-Alcoholic):
Sparkling water, unsweetened iced tea, or herbal teas cleanse the palate and highlight the cheese’s delicate flavors.
